Do I need to share my PlayStation password?
Never. Sign in to PSN Leagues with your own app account, then link your Online ID using a profile ownership challenge. We only read public trophy data.
Can we compete if we play different games?
Yes. All games can count, or your league can choose a specific game list. Custom tier points, rarity weighting, and per-game caps let your squad decide what a fair contest looks like.
Does my old trophy history count?
All-time leagues count your existing trophy history. A fresh season counts trophies earned within its date window, giving everyone a new starting line.
How quickly do trophies appear?
Standings update after a successful trophy sync, not instantly after an unlock. Accounts in active leagues are scheduled every six hours; dormant accounts sync less often. You can also request a sync in the app. Your last sync time is always shown.
Can anyone see our league?
Leagues are private by default. An owner or admin can opt into an unlisted standings link. That makes member Online IDs visible to anyone with the link, so sharing stays your squad’s choice.
What about easy platinum farming?
Your league can enable a shovelware guard, adjust rarity weighting, and cap points per game. The guard excludes games whose platinum earn rate exceeds your league’s threshold; games with unknown rates remain eligible.
